The hotel, designed by the architect Guillermo Forteza, is located in Son Armadams, a residential neighborhood in Palma, very close to the Cathedral (a Gothic gem dating back from the 14th and 16th centuries), the History Museum, the Bellver Castle (residence of James I back in the 15th century), Pueblo Español, Auditorium, the Baluard Museum, the Almudaina Palace and the Arab Baths. The establishment has junior suites, superior rooms and standard rooms. It also features private reception rooms, completely soundproof, meeting rooms for 30/65 people, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and a new spa area (free, except massages).
